Things to do
Chalet suay is set at the top of a small hamlet backing on to a stream and it's own fields. There is a path from the back door directly up the mountain so walkers and mountain bikers are well placed to enjoy these activities. There are two good quality tennis courts in the village about five minutes walk from the chalet, and a number of golf courses in the area.
Servoz has a local supermarket, and a couple of small hotels and restaurants along with a local bar.
Chamonix has plenty to do outside of the obvious skiing:
Biking, hiking, climbing, tennis, golf, kids arts and crafts, paragliding, spas, yoga, ice skating, sled, adventure park, equestrian .....
